About this Role

We are hiring a VP/Director-level Quantitative Developer for Risk Engineering in DeFi. You will build models and tools to find and reduce risk in our DeFi systems. You will lead a small team and work with engineers and product managers.

What you will do

• Design and build risk models for DeFi products.
• Write code to monitor and report risks in real time.
• Work with engineers to add risk checks to systems.
• Lead and coach a small team of quant developers.
• Help set risk rules and policies for new products.

What we need

• Strong skills in math and coding (Python, Rust, or similar).
• Experience with financial models, derivatives, or DeFi systems.
• Good leadership and clear communication skills.
• Comfortable working remote and across time zones.
