📌 Responsibilities

• Audit and optimize our newsletter setup (WordPress + SendGrid or similar).
• Improve signup flows, landing pages, and lead magnets.
• Run acquisition strategies: SEO, referrals, cross-promotions, and social campaigns.
• Leverage Twitter, TikTok, and Instagram for newsletter growth.
• A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and formats.
• Track KPIs: growth, open rates, click-throughs, churn.
• Suggest tools and partnerships to scale growth.

🎯 Qualifications

• Experience growing newsletters or email audiences.
