📄 Job Description
You will trade company funds across crypto and traditional markets. This is a hands-on trading role — not a signals or advisory job. We want a disciplined operator who trades with logic, risk control, and consistency.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Trade actively across crypto, forex, and stock markets (Binance, Bybit, Interactive Brokers, etc.).
- Develop short-term and swing trading strategies using technical and fundamental analysis.
- Track daily performance, manage risk, and prepare weekly summaries.
- Work with management to set goals, capital use, and limits.
- Keep a clear trade journal and explain your trading logic.
🎯 Requirements (Must-Haves)
- 2+ years of proven trading experience in crypto, forex, or stocks.
- Strong understanding of leverage, risk, and drawdowns.
- Proven record of consistent profits (portfolio proof or reports).
- Familiar with Binance, MT5, Bybit, or TradingView.
- Good communication and discipline — fully transparent trading style.
🌟 Nice to Have
- Algorithmic or bot trading skills (PineScript, Python, etc.).
- Knowledge of DeFi and decentralized exchanges.
- Experience in fund management or portfolio tracking.
